Great homemade ice cream. I had German chocolate and cinnamon butter pecan. Not sure how you order. There were 4 windows, and people working out of 3 of them but no one was taking orders. What the heck!? It was my first time here so I was confused. I love the ice cream but they need to train the kids working there how to wait on people.

Maybe my expectations were too high but my friend and I stopped here and I ordered a hot fudge sundae with pb drizzle. Staff was uningaging. I was given a skimpy cup of ice cream which was mostly PB sauce with a small amount of fudge that wasnt even remotely warm. Everything tasted ok but all in all wasnt that thrilled.

First of all, the location is phenomenal. Right at the heart of US 12 in Saline, MI lies this fine establishment. The quaint building attracts visitors of all kinds. The outdoor seating is great for friends, family, loved ones, pets, and all creatures. The ice cream was excellent. I recommend the cherry amaretto for taste, NOT for texture. The chicken strips we're well prepared, however a tad bit salty... But what do you expect from an ice cream place? Ayla and Demi provided us with the utmost care and greeted us with a great big smile. Well done Mickey!

Some of my favorite ice cream around. Excellent flurry flavors, but, and this is coming from an ice cream enthusiast, the homemade hand dipped ice cream can't be beat. They are always trying out new flavors, and the pre-scooped pints available inside are always a hit. My brother is a sucker for their malts so give those a try too.
